GTAdmin allows the administrator to create and manage instances.  For each instance, it allows:

• Configure the access of the instance to the GT Base (repository, which manages the internal workings of the application), Initialize the GT Base
• Configure the instance’s access to the Client Base (database that supports business data transactions)
• Create users
• Start / Stop the application server service
• Managing security
