GT documents reproduce Excel’s conditional formatting, including the “new” ones (i.e.: introduced with Excel 2007). Data bars, colour shades and icon sets are thus available in the GT documents.

However, there are two technical limitations: for data bars, the parameters “Negative values and axis” and “Orientation of the bar” are not currently supported.
