For respondents, GTAnswer is the tool for accessing forms and dashboards, as well as transmitting data entered.

GTAnswer gives you access to the documents intended for you.

It allows you to manually enter the data you need to provide or to import it from an Excel export.

GTAnswer also allows you to save your forms, either as a draft accessible to other users for collaboration, or locally.

Finally, GTAnswer allows you to publish your answers once the form has been completed. By default, this is done directly in the tool, by logging into your account. If you do not have an account or are unable to log in, a ‘back-up’ connection can be set up by the project developer to allow you to publish your response by email.

The GTAnswer module verifies the data before transmission. This validation is carried out in two stages: when you enter the data and when you send it.
